Musical Theater Instructors: Sherwin Mackintosh Michelle Urciuoli Michelle began her career in musical theatre as a soloist with the National Tour of The Will Roger’s Follies. She was also a soloist in the European Tour of Crazy for You. Michelle then performed as a Rockette at Radio City Music Hall in the Christmas Spectacular. As a classically trained ballet dancer she performed in numerous Nutcracker productions with companies such as Staten Island Ballet and Ballet Long Island. After a move to Los Angeles, Michelle worked for CBS Television Network as a Casting Associate for the reality television series Big Brother and Survivor. While in LA she also worked as a Career Consultant teaching self-marketing concepts to actors. Michelle attended the Greenville Fine Arts Center, the first arts high school in the state of South Carolina, and the prestigious SC Governor’s School for the Arts. In NYC Michelle trained with David Howard at the David Howard Dance Center and with Willy Burmann at STEPS on Broadway. Michelle studied voice at Fayetteville State University in NC and most recently with the nationally acclaimed Joan Boytim. Her acting training came from multiple schools in both NYC and LA. Michelle is a military spouse and homeschool mom. In her “spare” (lol) time she is also a fitness and Pilates instructor and personal trainer. |

*Vocal training will focus on the musical theater genre. At the end of the week, we will have prepared a short medley/showcase that highlights the campers. |
